E-Commerce Settings


  1. From the Dealer dashboard, navigate to footer and Select "E-Commerce Settings"
  2. Check the box I have my own FedEx API credentials
  3. As soon the checkbox is selected, a set of additional fields will appear where you can enter your FedEx API credentials.
  4. Click "save" on the bottom of the page



Order Manager Workflow

  1. Start Processing order in the Order Manager
  2. A Modal will appear with Print label. Important: popup blocker must the disabled 
    1. Click "Confirm" 
    2. Fill in the required information 
    3. Click "Print Label" 
  3. Label (popup) window
  4. Tracking number and shipping cost display
  5. You can access the label at any time once it is printed 
  6. The customer's order-shipped mail contains a link to track orders.
