In the case a item in a order was cancelled, and customer changed his mind, we have created ability for you to create a new order from a cancelled item.
Please make sure to take the payment over the phone or in any other capacity.
At this time you won't have capacity to collect payment through the shop.
Once the new order is generated, the customer will receive a new order confirmation email, and the dealer can see the link ‘New Order Generated' to the item(s) they generated as a new order. The link action redirects to the new order detail page.
The same customer data is kept.
Processing the new generated order
You have capability to edit shipping and taxes.
You can edit the amount you will collect ("Amount as shown" or "Custom" amount)" from the customer.
