Authorization for ... is in a closed state -
Cause:
- This error typically happens when the funds for this order have already been captured via the Amazon portal. Due to the funds already being captured Amazon is unable to capture the funds a 2nd time when the Order Manager has requested Amazon to capture the funds.
- This error also is known to happen when the order has not been processed in 30 days. Once that 30 day period is reached the order is not able to be processed through the Order Manager.
Recommended Resolution:
- Please confirm that the funds have been captured via the Amazon System.
- Please collect the payment directly from the customer.
Removing Order from Order Manager:
If the order is to be cancelled or Once the payment is confirmed or collected please email, [email protected] for BMW or [email protected] for MINI, support with the Order number, Dealership name & Dealer ID along with the status, Installed/Refunded/Shipped/Picked-up, you would like the order moved to.
