Cause:

This error is commonly known to be caused by having the Item Availability for either or both of Accessories and/or Lifestyles set to "0 - No products are available for purchase online."

Recommended Resolution:

To fix the issue please have the Parts Manager update the Item Availability to an option other then 0.
Steps:
1. Login to BMW Accessories Portal
2. Click on Modify Accessories (to modify settings for accessories) & Modify Lifestyle (to modify settings for lifestyle items).


3. Click on the dropdown corresponding to 'Installable Item Availability' and choose appropriate option.


4. To save the changes, click on calculate after selecting any model and category and click on save.

Once this is complete for either or both Accessories and/or Lifestyles the dealership will be searchable in the Dealer Locator and will be able to be set as "My Dealer" at the next 5 hour update period.
